DELIVERY INFORMATION
What are the shipping rates for me? Shipping rates will automatically be calculated at checkout and will match your current location.When will my order be shipped? All orders will be shipped within 10 to 14 business days. I am not responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages. Some orders may experience customs delays and I have no control over these delays. Please send your correct address!
How do I track the status of my order? Once your order has left my studio, you will receive an email containing a tracking code to track its progress online.
Can I make any changes to my order now it has been placed? Once your order has been placed, it is not possible to amend/add any items included in the order or change the recipient details or delivery address. Please note that incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses may result in your parcel being returned or abandoned. Any return shipping fees or loss of items is to be covered by the costumer is this occurs.
Are duty fees included in the shipping prices? 'Gods and Boys' is not responsible for any applicable duty fees wich may arise upon accepting your parcel. During any international customs process, duty fees may be charges upon receipt.
How do I make a return? At the moment, I do not offer returns. I am convinced that every product is shown, photographed and described very well and consider your shopping choice.
My purchase is damaged. What to do now? Send me an email with photos of the damaged print / item(s). Is a print / item still in stock, I will send you a new one free of charge. 'Gods and Boys' is not responsible if the returned package is lost.
Photos and Prints All Photos/Prints are captured analog with typically grain and film look. The prints you will order are "make-to-order" and take their time. I might have to edit what you ordered specifically and shipping might be delayed, up to 14 days after your order is placed. If this is the case, I shall contact and inform you about the situation as soon as I can.
PRE-LOVED & VINTAGE Due to the age of each vintage product, book, old print or magazine, imperfections are to be expected!
